Dr. Somaya Eid graduated with honours from the University of Damascus in 1991. Shortly afterwards she pursued a diploma in public health through a joint program between the university of Damascus and the World Health Organization.  Following her graduation, she continued to practice general dentistry within her private practice while continuing her role in the Syrian Ministry of Health as International Health Director. 

Dr. Eid is passionate about teaching, and worked as an adjunct clinical professor from 2003-2011 at the Schulich of School Medicine and Dentistry. In this role she was able to teach dental students in a clinical setting, while also pursuing academic research. This role motivated her to obtain her master’s degree in clinical Epidemiology at Western University. Shortly afterwards, Dr. Eid was motivated to continue private practice and pursued a Doctorate of Dental Surgery from Western University in London Ontario. After graduating, she opened her private practice that has been welcoming new patients since 2013.

Dr. Eid has a deep passion for creating beautiful smiles to restore patient confidence, and functionality. Her gentle approach, and calm demeanour allows her to work with patients of all ages.  Dr. Eid always strives to ensure that patients are satisfied and receiving the personalized care they expect!
